As a corporate transactional attorney in private-practice for over ten years, and with another decade of business operations support to Department of Defense firms, Alex served in numerous executive and key infrastructure roles. These included compliance oversight, finance, contracts management, and business development. Alex has helped clients successfully execute thousands of business deals. 

 

This expertise carries relevant weight when guiding owners through business transformations, succession planning, and modernization strategies.
